This travel nursing assignment places you in a modern setting where you will gain invaluable skills working specifically with a neuro-focused surgical team. Exposure to a variety of cases, from high-acuity neuro procedures to specialized ENT and surgical oncology operations, will provide you with diverse clinical experiences and the chance to collaborate with respected surgical leaders. Schedule:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (08:30-21:00)
Required Qualifications:
- Active KS or Compact State RN license
- BLS certification
- Strong neuro operating room experience
- Proficiency with ENT (trach/awake, head/neck flaps, ears, soft tissue) and surgical oncology preferred
- Minimum of 1 year relevant OR RN experience (new graduates not accepted)
- Ability to float to all ORs as needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care on a neuro-focused OR team
- Assist with a spectrum of cases, including complex neurosurgery and ENT/surgical oncology procedures
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in on-call coverage as required
