Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• CNOR certification is a plus
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures as part of the OR team
• Ensure patient safety and uphold infection control protocols
• Assist in preparing patients and surgical instruments
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, surgical techs, and anesthesia providers
• Document patient care and updates per facility standards
• Support a smooth patient flow throughout the perioperative process
