Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Littlerock, California

Immediate opportunities are available for experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses to deliver expert care in a dynamic surgical environment. This contract position is designed for professionals who thrive in high-acuity settings, bringing specialized skills and adaptability to the OR.

Schedule Options:

• Three 12-hour shifts, fixed each week:
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Call coverage required, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' recent OR RN experience, including work in Level I or II trauma centers
• Demonstrated expertise in Orthopedic, Trauma, and Robotic procedures
• At least 1 year of prior travel experience
• Skills checklist submission required

Responsibilities:

• Provide intraoperative nursing care for a varied surgical caseload, including complex ortho, trauma, and robotic cases
• Work collaboratively with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond efficiently and calmly to emergent situations and trauma cases
• Rotate into on-call duties, remaining available and prepared for urgent surgical interventions
• Adhere to all regulatory and facility protocols, promoting patient safety
