Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Littleton, CO

Schedule & Hours:

• 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Includes night and weekend call

Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required
• Proven operating room nursing background
• Transplant surgery experience is a must
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Certification in perioperative nursing preferred

The Operating Room:

• 16 state-of-the-art operating suites
• EMR system: Meditech
• Wide variety of surgical specialties, including:
  • Total joints and spine procedures
  • Organ transplants (kidney/liver)
  • Robotics-assisted surgeries
  • Vascular, ENT, and plastic surgeries

Primary Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub during complex OR procedures
• Facilitate patient safety protocols throughout the surgical process
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teamwork and support surgeons during transplant and specialty operations
• Ensure strict adherence to established unit guidelines and evidence-based practices
• Timely and accurate EMR documentation
