Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Weekend and weekday call shifts offered; no overnight required (calls end at 11:00 PM)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current RN license and minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital OR experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience with spine and joint procedures in the OR
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility in fast-paced environments

Preferred Experience:

  • Joint scrub expertise
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub a high volume of spine fusion and total joint replacement cases
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team (60+ experienced staff members)
  • Maintain best practices for patient care and safety
  • Ensure a 30-minute response time during on-call coverage
