Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Loveland, Ohio

Skills & Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse license (RN) with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing roles for diverse surgical procedures
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with EMR systems and surgical documentation

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to case requirements
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions throughout surgical procedures
• Adhere to sterile techniques and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team to anticipate and address patient needs
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding procedural care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of interventions and patient responses
