Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional perioperative certification is a plus)
• Proficiency with current OR procedures, equipment, and documentation
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective perioperative nursing care during all phases of surgery
• Prepare operating rooms, coordinate with the surgical team, and manage tools and equipment
• Vigilantly monitor patient status and respond promptly to any changes
• Adhere to strict sterile technique and infection control guidelines
• Offer patient and family education, support, and reassurance
