Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after procedures
• Assist surgical teams in maintaining sterile environments and preparing surgical instruments
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the perioperative team
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary staff and patients’ families
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility protocols

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
