Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Demonstrated experience in Operating Room (OR) nursing
- Competency in circulating and/or scrubbing roles in a surgical setting
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, infection control, and OR protocols
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function efficiently in high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing needs
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in patient care
Schedule:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive perioperative care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Set up and maintain a sterile field to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff as a key team member
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
- Anticipate needs of the surgical team and proactively address issues that arise
