Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 6:45am–5:15pm
• Four days per week
• Includes on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive perioperative nursing utilizing the full nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Deliver patient-centered care adapted to individual needs, promoting optimal surgical outcomes
• Engage in dynamic interdisciplinary communication and collaborative decision making
• Foster a respectful, inclusive environment focused on safe, quality care
• Complete timely and thorough documentation of all care provided
• Serve as a mentor and preceptor to peers, sharing knowledge and ensuring high standards of practice
• Participate in data collection, research, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-acuity OR settings
