Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operating room nursing, with a strong preference for pediatric OR exposure.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS certification highly desired.
- Proficiency with perioperative procedures, aseptic technique, and surgical equipment.

- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, safety protocols, and patient advocacy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to pediatric and adult patients during all phases of surgical intervention.
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR team to ensure efficient case management and optimal safety.
- Preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment, including set up of instruments and supplies.
- Monitoring patient condition, identifying changes, and responding swiftly to emergent situations.
- Providing clear communication and emotional support to patients and families pre- and post-operatively.

$2,263 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
