Schedule/Hours

• Full-time travel assignment (specific shifts may vary and are typically discussed upon interview)

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases with meticulous attention to patient safety
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to optimize surgical outcomes
• Maintain sterile field and adhere strictly to infection control protocols
• Accurately document intraoperative nursing activities
• Support and educate patients pre- and post-operatively
• Respond promptly to intraoperative emergencies with poise and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (compact or TN-specific)
• At least 1 year of recent OR nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong knowledge of surgical asepsis and operative procedures
• Proven ability to adapt smoothly in fast-paced, multi-specialty operating environments
