Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Mason, Ohio

Deliver exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room and play an integral role in supporting surgical teams throughout every phase of operative procedures. Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with authorization to practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• Proficiency in perioperative nursing best practices across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare the surgical suite and ensure all necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and sterile
• Scrub and circulate as needed during surgical procedures
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, anesthesia responses, and overall well-being during operations
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Provide post-anesthesia care and support for safe patient recovery
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
