Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Mckinleyville, California

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week guaranteed, except for select holiday weeks (Independence Day, Labor Day: 32 hours per week)
• Flexible scheduling within a supportive team

Qualifications & Experience

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in OR circulating responsibilities
• BLS certification, current and maintained throughout assignment
• Recent TB clearance (within the last 12 months)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Operating Room, ensuring aseptic technique and patient safety at all stages
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Uphold a high standard of infection prevention and patient advocacy throughout every case

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
