Schedule/Hours:

• Five 8-hour shifts: 7:00am–3:30pm mainly, with occasional rotations to 9:00am–5:30pm or 11:00am–7:30pm if needed
• Night and weekend call rotations as needed, depending on staffing

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in a hospital Operating Room environment
• Comfortable acting as Circulator (scrub background a plus, not required)
• Exposure to or willingness to train in diverse services: orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, urology, spine, robotics, breast/plastics, and thoracic
• Cardiac experience desirable but not mandatory
• Strong adaptability and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage cases as Circulating RN in the OR suite
• Ensure adherence to safety and sterility protocols
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
• Anticipate and respond swiftly to changing clinical scenarios
• Support and mentor junior staff as needed
