Qualifications

• Active RN license; eligibility to practice in New Mexico
• Minimum of one year experience in the Operating Room (required)
• BLS (AHA required); ACLS and additional certifications may be required per facility checklist
• Ability to complete NM fingerprint/background check as outlined by state requirements
• Compliance with all up-to-date certification requirements prior to start

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing, circulating, and assisting with a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintaining strict adherence to infection control, safety standards, and hospital protocols
• Documentation and communication throughout surgical processes
