Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and all required Operating Room certifications (must be completed prior to start; additional certifications may be requested)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience preferred
- Ability to complete NM state fingerprinting/background check before or upon assignment start (14-day waiver may apply)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective perioperative care in a dynamic OR setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
