Schedule:

• Day shifts in the Cardiovascular OR (CVOR)
• Includes call as required

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license
• Valid CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous OR experience preferred; ability and willingness to float to other units as needed
• Comfortable adapting to related specialties in compliance with your licensure and clinical competencies

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, expert nursing care for surgical patients before, during, and after procedures within the CVOR
• Respond efficiently in urgent and emergent situations, participating in call rotations as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to new units when floating is required
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records
