Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) - Naples, FL

Schedule/Hours:

• Days: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Includes on-call rotation
• Shifts and weekly schedules may vary per patient needs

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience, including strengths in Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Recent Cerner EMR experience
• CNOR certification preferred
• Willingness to float between campuses as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Circulate and collaborate within the OR, ensuring optimal surgical flow and patient safety
• Anticipate and plan preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Scrub and assist during a wide range of surgical procedures
• Maintain timely communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Manage supplies and equipment, and update physician preference cards
• Uphold AORN and hospital standards, adhering to all State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Provide mentorship and supervision for support staff within the OR
