Looking for a longer assignment? Spend 26 weeks in Nashville supporting an adult OR float pool at a Level I trauma hospital. This role is suited to an experienced traveler who enjoys circulating and working with different surgical teams.
The Schedule
Work 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., with workdays assigned according to unit needs. Block scheduling is unavailable, and designated late stays are required. Travelers should expect to work two of three holidays and keep time-off requests limited.
The Role
- Circulate in adult operating rooms
- Float between OR areas within the same location
- Adapt to changing surgical assignments and department needs
- Commit to the full 26-week contract; shorter assignments are not available
- Scrubbing is not required
Your Experience
- At least 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Previous travel assignments
- Strong circulating skills
- Active RN license valid in Tennessee, on file before submission
