Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care during perioperative phases in a well-staffed, technologically advanced OR
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, techs, and support staff
• Accurately document care using the Meditech system
• Contribute to a culture of safety and patient-centered care within Johnson County’s only American College of Surgeons-designated trauma center
• Support a wide spectrum of surgeries, from general and trauma to robotics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and more

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure
• Perioperative nursing experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome
• Strong adaptability and a drive to grow in fast-paced, diverse environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
