Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shift options available: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (subject to availability)
• Set scheduling structure for consistency
• Minimal to no floating required, except in rare COVID-related instances

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license required
• Surgical/procedural experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Adaptable and team-oriented, with the ability to work alongside both veteran staff and newer colleagues
• Willingness to learn and work with a wide range of surgical specialties, including trauma, robotics, orthopedics, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, and more

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care for diverse surgical cases, from general surgery to advanced specialties
• Utilize Meditech for electronic documentation
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and other OR team members
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols; wear hospital-provided scrubs
