With a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in the OR, you’ll be supported by an experienced team and have access to cutting-edge technology and Meditech documentation systems.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible shift options available: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (subject to availability)
  • Set scheduling guarantees consistency

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active RN license with a solid foundation in perioperative or procedural care
  • Surgical/procedural experience preferred, but open to new graduates
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a trauma and surgical setting
  • Adaptability and collaboration thrive in this inclusive team with staff experience ranging from recent graduates to professionals with 30+ years in the field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, compassionate care and advocate for patients undergoing a wide spectrum of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, pediatric, trauma, and more
  • Work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes before, during, and after surgery
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation with Meditech
  • Help foster a supportive, cooperative atmosphere in a fast-paced Trauma Center
