Schedule:
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New Mexico or current Compact State license
- BLS certification via AHA
- ACLS certification via AHA
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- At least one year of recent OR nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Address complex psychological, cultural, and social needs of surgical patients and families
- Administer medications/treatments per protocol and monitor effects
- Accurately document patient histories, conditions, and interventions
- Educate patients and their families, identifying needs and resources
- Collaborate with and delegate to colleagues for effective clinical operations
- Flexibility to float to main campus OR as needed for staffing
