Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania (or compact license)
  • Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room (perioperative) nursing experience
  • Proficiency circulating and scrubbing in a variety of cases (ortho, neuro, general, etc.)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in fast-paced settings

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, variable shifts (may include days, evenings, and possible weekends)
  • Call responsibility as required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective nursing care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain strict surgical asepsis and patient safety at all times
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing team trainings

$2,554 - $2,701/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
