Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for various surgical procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new teams and protocols

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assist surgical teams by preparing the operating room and ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Accurately monitor and document patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure patient safety
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control policies
• Support patient and family education throughout the surgical process
