Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Prattville, Alabama

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of recent Operating Room experience (non-travel experience strongly preferred)
• Willing to consider first-time travelers who meet experience requirements
• Advanced certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Strong robotic surgery experience essential
• Proficient with general OR circulator skills
• Comfortable working across these core specialties: General Surgery, GYN, Urology, and Vascular
• Experience with additional services including Ortho, Pediatric Dental (preferred), Podiatry, ENT, and Robotics for Gen, GYN, and Uro cases is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a circulator RN, delivering expert, individualized care to each surgical patient (1:1 ratio)
• Support a maximum of six ORs and one cysto room, collaborating with team members in both decontamination and clean/autoclave room processes
• Ensure compliance with all protocols and patient safety initiatives
• Assist in providing continuity and efficiency in a busy surgical environment with diverse patient populations
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and ancillary staff to coordinate successful surgical outcomes
