Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in high-pressure environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Schedule:
- Full-time, contract basis
- Varied shift schedules may be available to meet department needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery
- Assist the surgical team by maintaining a sterile environment and handling instruments and supplies
- Monitor patient status throughout perioperative phases; respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
- Document patient care procedures and status accurately according to facility protocols
- Uphold highest standards of infection control, safety, and ethical practice
- Educate patients and families regarding procedure and postoperative care, offering reassurance throughout

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
