Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Quincy, Massachusetts

Travel nurses assigned here are exposed to high-acuity cases in a Level 1 trauma environment, making this an ideal opportunity to refine your surgical expertise and enhance your resume for future advancement. Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Shift: 7:00am-7:30pm

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse, Operating Room specialization
• Minimum 3 years of inpatient surgery experience
• Level 1 trauma and trauma experience required
• BLS certification required
• Confident in at least 5 surgical service lines
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma OR
• Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare, assess, and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Maintain strict aseptic and safety protocols
• Document all aspects of care and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Flexibly assist across a variety of surgical service lines as needed
