Schedule:
- AM shifts, 12 hours (36 hours per week)
- Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 3 years inpatient surgery experience
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Skilled in at least 5 surgical specialties
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive attitude and adaptability are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in a dynamic OR environment
- Deliver care to patients undergoing complex surgical procedures, including trauma cases
- Collaborate closely with surgical and anesthesia teams
- Maintain strict adherence to patient safety and infection control protocols
- Document perioperative activities accurately
