Schedule/Hours:
- AM shifts, 12 hours (36 hours/week)
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum three years of inpatient surgery experience
- Demonstrated Level 1 trauma experience
- Current BLS certification
- Competency in at least five major perioperative services
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude required
- Flexibility to manage critical, fast-paced situations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in patient safety and outcomes
- Respond effectively to trauma situations, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Maintain meticulous documentation and prioritize patient-centered care
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to overall surgical team success
