Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub during surgical procedures following best practices
• Monitor and address patient needs throughout each phase of perioperative care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety protocols
• Accurately complete documentation in compliance with facility standards
• Respond calmly and appropriately in emergent situations

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Prior experience in the Operating Room required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or able to obtain)
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
