Deliver specialized perioperative nursing care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, supporting orthopedic, spine, gynecological, general, and robotic surgical procedures in a dynamic hospital environment. This 13-week contract offers the chance to leverage your 3-5 years of experience while working 12-hour variable shifts in a respected healthcare setting in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active NC or Compact RN licensure
  • AHA BLS certification required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of OR experience with ortho, spine, GYN, general, and robotics cases
  • Epic charting experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated resilience, ability to manage change, hardworking attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Travel nursing experience highly preferred

Shift Requirements:

  • 12-hour variable shifts with weekend call obligations (up to 50 hours per 6-week schedule)
  • 36- and 40-hour per week contracts available
  • COVID/BOOSTER vaccination required unless medically or religiously exempt

Professional Standards:

  • Adhere to strict scrub color guidelines: red, black, gray solids (or white for undershirts), no patterns except in pediatric areas
  • Maintain professional appearance with approved scrub jackets; hoodies and fleece jackets are not permitted
