• Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, recovery, and post-operative care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided and patient response in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Recognize variances from established patient goals, participate in finding solutions, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
• Uphold infection control practices and ensure all safety protocols are met in the operating room environment.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN licensure.
• Minimum of one year recent experience as an RN in an Operating Room setting.
• Demonstrated skill in perioperative patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
