• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active RN license, with eligibility for practice in IL
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room circulating experience
• Robotics and neuro surgery experience are required
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting ability in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Must reside more than 50 miles from Rockford, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate in a robust OR handling advanced robotic and neuro cases
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Maintain detailed documentation and coordinate care throughout surgical procedures
