Schedule/Hours:

  • Nights, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
  • Flexible guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours/week (must be indicated on submission)
  • Weekend hours as required
  • 13-week assignment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active RN license (or eligibility) for Missouri
  • BLS from AHA (required); must obtain 4 trauma credits within first two weeks (if not already held)
  • NIHSS (must obtain prior to start if not current)
  • At least 1 year of inpatient Telemetry nursing experience
  • Competence in drug titration
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to float on a rotational basis

Preferred:

  • ACLS certification (AHA)
  • Trauma nursing background
  • Cardiac/Med Surg experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process for patients with trauma, surgical, and medical needs
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Uphold professional accountability and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Participate in orientation and ongoing training
