Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, travel assignment

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas or compact state
• Minimum 2 years’ recent Operating Room RN experience
• Strongly preferred: Experience in vascular, plastics reconstructive (DIEP Flaps/Microsurgery), robotics (Bariatric, GYN, General, Colorectal), and orthopedics (total joints) cases
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub on a wide range of surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and efficient OR flow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to provide exceptional patient care
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection control protocols
• Anticipate surgeon needs and respond promptly in complex surgical environments
• Document all perioperative care accurately and thoroughly
