Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of OR protocols, sterile technique, and patient safety

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Ensure patient safety and advocacy throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, and equipment
• Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes during procedures
