You'll be able to broaden your skills through hands-on use of multiple surgical systems, including the Mako robotic platform and the Hana table, while learning from a highly efficient operating room team. This role is perfect for those looking to strengthen their resume with experience in Level 1 trauma while also learning from leaders in the field.
Schedule:
- 10- or 12-hour shifts
- Day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Weekend call rotation: every 4th weekend, 12-hour shifts
- One overnight call (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) for Trauma
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-acuity orthopedic operating rooms, including trauma and total joint revision
- Proficiency with Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, Zimmer vendor systems
- Experience with Mako robotic-assisted procedures and Hana table positioning
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic instrumentation
- Adaptable, accountable, team-oriented mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CNOR certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- First scrub complex total joint revision procedures with minimal guidance
- Assist with polytrauma orthopedic surgeries
- Support rapid room turnovers and maintain high first case on-time start rates
- Collaborate within a five-OR specialty team
