Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shift: Four 10-hour shifts weekly
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week period
  • On-call required every 6-7 days; rotating weekend call and scheduled out-late shifts

Role Highlights: Work alongside skilled professionals in a modern operating room environment with advanced therapeutic and surgical equipment, including DaVinci Xi, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair. This position prioritizes neuro and general surgeries and allows you to refine your expertise while making a difference for surgical patients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and BLS (AHA only)
  • At least 1 year of recent OR experience with specific focus on neuro procedures
  • Proficient in robotic, general, urology, GYN, and ortho surgeries and with required equipment
  • Adaptable, collaborative mindset with a willingness to handle diverse surgical cases
  • Strong commitment to perioperative patient advocacy

Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and coordinate perioperative care for a diverse surgical population
  • Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes in the OR
  • Collaborate with the surgical team, ensuring patient safety at every step
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and process during all procedures
