Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Proven adaptability in fast-paced and multidisciplinary settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique
• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments
• Monitor patients pre-op, intra-op, and post-op, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia teams
• Maintain clear documentation and support positive patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols and uphold best nursing practices
