Key Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, current and in good standing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• acute care facility experience preferred
• AHA or ARC BLS required
• AHA or ARC ACLS required
• AHA or ARC PALS required
• Strong critical thinking, supervisory skills, and communication abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver operating room nursing care to assigned patients
• Assess, analyze, and evaluate patient data to determine care needs
• Develop, implement, and adjust care plans
• Actively participate in discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives
• Collaborate seamlessly with patients, families, and the entire healthcare team
• Delegate and supervise team members to ensure safe, high-quality care
