Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour variable shifts (must be available for both days and nights)

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)
• Experience in Operating Room nursing
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-focused care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and during recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate quality patient care
• Support continuous improvement and comply with hospital protocols
