Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an operating room environment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures in accordance with best practices and facility protocols
- Prepare and maintain the sterile environment in the operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe and efficient case flow
- Monitor and assess patients throughout the perioperative process, documenting all care provided
- Effectively respond to emergencies and unforeseen complications
- Educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures, post-operative care, and recovery expectations

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
