Schedule:

• Shifts may include on-call rotation for urgent/emergent surgical cases

Duties Include:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Circulate in the perioperative environment, advocating for patient safety
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with surgical team and support optimal patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families, providing culturally sensitive care
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum)
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association)
• Previous experience in the OR preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
