Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in Operating Room (OR) nursing
• Proficient in perioperative patient care for a variety of surgical procedures
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary surgical team
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (as required)
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate in the Operating Room for surgical cases
• Assess, plan, and implement safe patient care pre-, intra-, and post-operation
• Monitor patient responses throughout procedures and intervene as needed
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere strictly to infection control protocols
• Accurately document patient data and actions in accordance with facility requirements
• Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and supporting staff
