Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Proficient in circulating and scrub roles in various surgical specialties
• American Heart Association BLS certification (additional ACLS/PALS preferred)
• Strong communication, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with OR protocols, infection control standards, and documentation systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare the operating room for surgery by setting up instruments and equipment
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure a safe and effective operative experience
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgeries as needed
• Monitor patient condition intraoperatively and respond swiftly to changes
• Enforce strict compliance with sterile techniques and patient safety guidelines
• Provide patient and family education regarding perioperative care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all perioperative processes

$2,275 - $2,406/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
