Take on a vital role as an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse supporting diverse surgical procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a busy, multidisciplinary surgical setting, handling cases ranging from trauma and ENT to plastics and dental, in a state-of-the-art environment utilizing Epic EMR.

Schedule Options:

  • 4x10-hour or 4x12-hour shifts available
  • Shifts start at 7:00 am, with options for: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm (36 hours/week) or 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)
  • Occasional weekends and call as needed
  • Scrubs provided for your convenience

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with at least 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
  • Experience in ENT, dental, plastics, pediatrics, and Level 1 trauma required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory; PALS preferred but not required
  • AORN certification is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to deliver care in a fast-paced, highly specialized environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub for a broad range of procedures, including laryngoscopy, sinus and oral surgeries, cochlear implants, complex head and neck cancer cases, and more
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
  • Adapt to frequently changing patient needs and surgical priorities, maintaining a focus on high-quality patient outcomes
