Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Springfield, Missouri

As part of this travel role, you’ll be immersed in an award-winning Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center, distinguished by its commitment to patient-centered care and innovative clinical practices. Schedule/Hours:

• Shift: Nights, 1900–0700
• Flexible guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 per week
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• 13-week assignment

Core Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Missouri or eligibility)
• BLS (AHA), NIHSS required (may be obtained prior to start)
• 4 trauma credits required (or completed within first two weeks)
• 1 year inpatient Tele experience, including drug titration
• Flexibility to float on a rotational basis
• Strong adaptability, decisiveness, and teamwork

Preferred Skills:

• ACLS (AHA), trauma/inpatient only experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered surgical and medical care utilizing the nursing process
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team activities to optimize outcomes
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold facility mission & values
• Support and evaluate care provided by direct care givers
• Safely manage patient mobility and monitor condition changes
