Schedule/Hours

  • Start date anticipated 2-4 weeks from offer
  • Contract length to be determined, with the possibility of extension

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota RN license and current BLS certification required
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as an OR RN; experience in Level II or higher trauma is mandatory
  • Proficiency in both Operating Room and Emergency Room nursing practices
  • CNOR certification is highly desired
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Circulate and scrub in diverse surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile protocols and patient safety
  • Respond to emergent situations, triage patients efficiently, and initiate appropriate interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality perioperative and emergency care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Support patients and families by providing clear education and compassionate communication
