As a Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room, you’ll gain exposure to a full spectrum of surgical services, preparing you for professional advancement and enhancing your resume with new competencies. Schedule:
- Shifts available: 0700-1530, 0900-1730, 1100-1930, 1500-2300, 2300-0730
- Rotating weekends, holidays, and call
- Final scheduling discussed during the interview
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with valid Ohio license
- Minimum two years’ Operating Room experience (circulate & scrub across General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Neuro, Peds, Thoracic, Robotics)
- Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association (AHA only)
- Ability to manage a physically demanding, fast-paced setting
- Preferred: Level I trauma OR experience; CNOR certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care in all aspects of intraoperative patient management
- Adapt to multiple surgical specialties
- Utilize Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook systems for efficient workflow and communication
- Uphold the highest safety and quality standards throughout perioperative phases
