This travel nursing opportunity places you in a Level I Trauma Center renowned for its teaching focus, status as a Magnet facility, and advanced surgical technologies, including five surgical robots. Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts, Monday—Friday (6:30 am – 7:00 pm)
• On-call required: 5–8 calls per month, including weekends and some holidays

Qualifications:

• Active SC or multi-state RN license (must be in hand at the start)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in OR nursing required
• Competency in scrubbing & circulating general OR cases necessary
• Highly preferred: Background in plastics, colorectal, urology, MIS, pancreatic/biliary, surgical oncology
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• Willingness to obtain/provide a radiation badge (agency-provided)
• First-time travelers are not preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate a wide range of general operating room cases
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care in high acuity surgical settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC
• Adhere to safety and procedural protocols, including emergency assignments during hurricane season if needed
