Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• ACLS preferred
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Strong commitment to patient safety and collaborative care

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Scrub and circulate as required, anticipating surgical team needs
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain aseptic technique
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Complete documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
